1. Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General, seeks some more time for the Ministry of Home Affairs to take a final call on the stand to be taken on the issues raised in these cases.
2. We direct the Ministry of Home Affairs to finalize its stand positively within two weeks from today.
3. Post these cases on 08.01.2018.
4. We make it clear that depending on the decision taken by the Ministry of Home Affairs it will be open to the U.P.S.C. to proceed with the process, making it subject to the result of these Transferred Cases.
