8. Our attention has been drawn to the relevant provisions of Wildlife Protection Act 1972, Schedule 1 Part-II Item No. 8. The view of the High Court that the said provision is not applicable cannot be sustained.
9. Accordingly, we set aside the impugned order and allow this appeal.
