1. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this special leave petition with liberty to file review petition before the High Court. The liberty is granted as prayed for, with further liberty to approach this court in the event of review being dismissed by the High Court.
2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anand Grover, submits that the life of interim order granted by the High Court is only upto tomorrow. If that be so, we extend the time by one week.
