1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material.
2. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order of eviction passed against the petitioner. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
3. However, the petitioner is granted three months further time from today to vacate the suit premises and hand over the vacant possession to the respondent-landlord subject to filing usual undertaking before this Court within a period of two weeks from today, stating that the petitioner will not create any third party rights, will clear all the arrears of rent in the meanwhile and will peacefully vacate the premises concerned at the end of three months.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
