1. On the last date of hearing, the petitioner had sought an adjournment as he wanted to amend the petition by withdrawing the allegations against the High Court which are leveled in this petition. Needful has not been done till date.

2. The Petitioner states that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition without such allegations. We feel it appropriate to allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition without such allegations.

3. In view thereof, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition withdrawing allegations against the High Court.
