2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners on the SLPs.

4. We do not find any ground to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petitions are dismissed.
5. The petitioner is free to pray for appropriate orders on exemption from appearance, before the trial court.
