Though we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal, we consider it just and in the interest of justice to grant indulgence to the petitioner to deposit the balance amount payable by him within six weeks from today in terms of the directions issued by the respondent-Lucknow Development Authority.

1. Though we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal, we consider it just and in the interest of justice to grant indulgence to the petitioner to deposit the balance amount payable by him within six weeks from today in terms of the directions issued by the respondent-Lucknow Development Authority.

2. In case, the required balance amount is deposited by the petitioner within the time fixed by this court, the consequential orders be passed by the respondent in terms of the policy, applicable to the case of the petitioner.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
