1. Though this special leave petition is filed against interim order dated 25.08.2017 passed by the High Court vide which there is a partial stay granted in favour of the respondent herein, while hearing the arguments, it transpired that the entire gamut of the case needs to be examined. Having regard to above, the learned Attorney General has orally requested that the Writ Petition(C) No. 7459 of 2017 pending before the High Court, itself be transferred to this Court and finally decided. Mr. J. K. Mittal, learned counsel for the respondent, joins in this request. Accordingly, we transfer Writ Petition (C) No. 7459 of 2017 to this Court and to be listed along with this petition.
2. Since the matter requires urgent consideration, it is fixed for final hearing on 02.02.2018.
3. Learned Attorney General has also agreed to file the entire record of the writ petition.
