1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. There is a delay of 228 days in filing of these applications seeking leave to appeal, for which no satisfactory explanation is forthcoming from the application seeking condonation. The prayer for condonation of delay is, accordingly, declined and the applications for leave to appeal are dismissed on the ground of limitation as also on merits.
