2. Application for exemption from filing certified as well as plain copy of the impugned order and permission to file SLP(s) without certified copy as well as plain copy of impugned order are allowed.
3. We do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order(s) of the High Court. The special leave petitions are dismissed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners requests that the petitioners be given some reasonable time to vacate the disputed premises in question.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the history of the case, we deem it appropriate to grant three months’ time to the petitioners to vacate the premises in question subject to the condition that the petitioners shall file an undertaking before this Court that they would so vacate. Such an undertaking be filed by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today.
