1. Application for exemption from filing C/C of the impugned Judgment is allowed.
2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment. However, we direct the respondent to deposit the balance sum of Rs. 78,03,919.70/- (Rupees Seventy eight lakh three thousand Nine hundred nineteen and seventy paise only) within eight weeks from today subject to which the writ petition filed by the respondent will be heard on merits by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
3. Status quo as on today with regard to the property shall be maintained by the parties subject to the aforesaid deposit being made within the time frame stipulated.
