1. Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.
2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner-Board submits that the entire amount of compensation plus solatium with interest has been deposited.
3. The said submission is recorded.
4. Keeping in mind the conduct of the petitioner-Board in not depositing the amount despite repeated orders by the court, we impose costs of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs). The same shall be deposited within four weeks from today in the Registry of this Court. Subject to such deposit, issue notice.
