Order

1. Delay condoned.

2. The High Court has granted liberty to the petitioner to move the Government by way of an appropriate representation regarding his grievances. It is for the petitioner to move the Government by taking up all available contentions. In case he does so within a period of one month from today, the same shall be considered by the Government on merits after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner.

3. Subject to the petitioner filing a representation and consideration thereof by the Government, till the disposal of the representation, status quo obtaining as on today, as far as the possession of property is concerned, shall be maintained by the parties.

4. In view of the above, the Special Leave Petition is disposed of.

5. Pending interlocutory application(s) is/are disposed of.
