1. We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court.
2. The decision of this Court in K.S. Varghese v. Saint Peter’s and Saint Paul’s Syrian Orthodox Church, reported in (2017) 15 SCC 333, is binding on all concerned. The matters covered by decision cannot be entertained time and again. No Court should entertain any matter which has been covered by a decision of this Court.
3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stands disposed of.
