The Judgement of the Court was delivered by

1. Leave granted.

 

2. The appellants approached this Court, aggrieved by the order dated 12.04.2012 passed by the then High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Civil Revision Petition No. 5045 of 2011.

 

3. During the pendency of this matter before this Court, the parties have arrived at a settlement. They also have filed duly signed Settlement Agreement dated 18.10.2016, which is already on record. Therefore, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of this Judgment.

 

4. Needless to say that the parties will strictly abide by the Settlement Agreement.

 

5. No costs.
