1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2. The instant interlocutory applications are dismissed.

3. Liberty is granted to the applicant to move an appropriate Court for the relief prayed for.

4. Needless to mention, that the liberty granted shall not be taken as an expression of opinion on the merits of the controversy, one way or the other. If such an application is moved before an appropriate Court, the same shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law.
