The Judgement of the Court was delivered by

1. Leave granted.
2. In view of the order passed by this Court in SLP (C) No. 13302-13316 of 2013 arising out of the common impugned Judgment dated 01.05.2012, we hold that the appellants shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs. 7,75,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousand) per acre in place of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) per acre, as awarded by the High Court.
3. Needless to say, the appellants shall be entitled to the statutory benefits, except for the period covered by delay.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the appeal is disposed of.
5. No costs.
