Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, states that Respondent No. 3 undertakes to this Court to pay a sum of Rs. 100 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Crores) on or before 30^th April, 2018, out of the balance agreed principal amount payable under the Award of Rs. 751.32 Crores.

2. On honouring the commitment, the learned Attorney General appearing for the petitioner – Corporation, states that they would examine the feasibility of settling the balance amount in appropriate installments.
