1. On being mentioned by Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for India, the matter is taken on record.
2. It is submitted by Mr. Rohtagi, learned Attorney General that he has filed an application for modification of the orders passed in relation to constitution of the Cauvery Management Board.
3. At this juncture, we asked Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, learned standing counsel for the State of Karnataka to apprise us with regard to the position relating to supply of water to the State of Taml Nadu. He prays for some time to obtain instructions.
