1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. There shall be stay of Execution Case No. 2 of 2016 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandel, Manipur.
3. The petitioner-State of Manipur shall deposit a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs) before the Executing Court within a period of four weeks from today failing which the interim stay granted shall stand vacated. The amount be kept in a fixed deposit until further orders from this Court.
4. I.A. NO. 168210/2018 is accordingly disposed of.
5. List the matter after six weeks.
