The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. Identical special leave petitions raising the same issue were dismissed by this Court by an order dated 5th March, 2018. Notwithstanding that, the present special leave petitions have been filed on 3rd April, 2018 and 8th May, 2018.
2. It is quite clear that the State is least concerned about litigation and is unnecessarily burdening this Court with infructuous matters or matters which do not require any consideration. There does not appear to be any litigation policy of the State; the only policy apparently being of litigating and burdening this Court.
3. In view of this as well as the fact that the similar matters have already been dismissed and the State Government ought to have been very well aware of this, we dismiss the special leave petitions with costs of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) each to be deposited in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks. The aforesaid amount will be utilized for juvenile justice issues.
