4. The present appeals are allowed in terms of the order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Civil Appeal No. 21014-21016 of 2017 titled as ‘Premwati v. State of Haryana’ Consequently, the impugned judgment and order of the High Court is set aside and the matters are remanded to the High Court for fresh disposal in accordance with the directions and observations contained in the order dated 06.12.2017. The High Court is requested to decide the matters as expeditiously as its business would permit.
