1. Ms. Binu Tamta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, seeks time to file the affidavit as regards the amounts due and payable to the petitioner within four weeks’ time. Four weeks’ time is granted for the same.
2. In the meantime, we direct the respondent to pay a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs only) to the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent. The said payment shall be effected within two weeks from today.
