1. List in the Month of July, 2019 after the final examination report of the girl – Aditi Bisakha Das is received from the Institution. Learned counsel for the petitioner/mother submitted that the summer vacation of the Institution is ensuing from 22.05.2019 and the petitioner/mother shall like to have the custody of the child during the entire summer vacation.
2. Let the child be with petitioner/mother during summer vacation. The fact that during summer vacation the child remains with the petitioner/mother shall have no effect to the rights of the parties.
