1. Delay condoned. Leave granted.

2. These appeals arise out of Judgment(s) passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana in Regular First Appeal No. 3373 of 2012 and other connected matters.

3. We find from the order dated 28.11.2017 that the majority of the cases have been remanded to the High Court. Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of, remanding the cases of the appellants to the High Court, to be taken up along with those cases which have been remanded as per order dated 28.11.2017 passed in Civil Appeal No. 20050 of 2017 and other connected matters.

4. The impugned Judgment(s) is/are set aside. The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
