1. We have perused the Office Report seeking directions for investing deposit of Rs. 10 crores in an interest bearing account.
2. Registry is directed to invest the amount as per the guidelines formulated by Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India in appropriate scheme offering higher rate of interest for a period of six months and shall be renewed from time to time until further orders.
3. M.A. is disposed of accordingly.
