1. Various objections have been raised by the Registry and each one is dealt with separately as follows :

Objection No. 1 – Appellant-in-person is granted two weeks’ time to file the complete memo of parties.

Objection No. 2 – Overruled.

Objection No. 3 – Appellant-in-person states that she will produce Appendix/Annexures before the Court at the time of hearing. She is permitted to do so.

Objection No. 4 – Appellant-in-person is granted two weeks’ time to file certified copy of the impugned order1.

Objection No. 5 – Overruled.

Objection No. 6 – Appellant-in-person states that her email address is seema.sapra@gmail.com. This objection is satisfied.

Objection No. 7 – Since appellant is appearing in person, this objection is overruled.

Objection No. 8 – Appellant-in-person is granted two weeks’ time to file true copies of the orders mentioned therein.

Objection No. 9 – To be dealt with by the Court at the time of hearing of the matter.

Objection No. 10 – Overruled.

Objection No. 11 – When the matter is listed before the Court, Registry may indicate what according to it is the period of delay.

Objection No. 12 – As the appelalnt is appearing in person and she is a lawyer, on her oral request to appear and argue in person, she is permitted to appear and argue in person.

Objection No. 13 – Appellant-in-person states that she will produce Annexures before the Court at the time of hearing. She is permitted to do so.

Objection No. 14 – Overruled.

Objection No. 15 – Overruled.

Objection No. 16 – The Appellant-in-person is convicted for contempt of Court. As she has filed the appeal in person, she is exempted from surrendering.

2. On the appellant removing Objection Nos. 1, 4 and 8 within the prescribed time, matter be listed before the appropriate Bench in the week thereafter.

3. Appellant-in-person has also made a prayer that she may be permitted to carry laptop/stroller bag inside the court-room. Prayer is allowed subject to thorough checking of the belongings by the security officers and such bag should not be exceeding the cabin bag size.
