1. Delay condoned in the substitution application filed in S.L.P. (C) No. 6873/2014 and the application for substitution is allowed.

3. Heard submissions of Mr. Arvind V. Savant and Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Also heard the reply submissions of Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned counsel for the appellants.
4. Learned counsel for the appellants in the Civil Appeal arising out of S.L.P. (C) No. 6873/2014 has undertaken to produce the Directives dated 14.03.1996 issued by the State Government along with the Resolutions passed proposing the modification of the proposal of the Development Plan in relation to Reservation No. 13.
5. Mr. Venkata Krishna Kunduru, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State submits that in compliance with the Order dated 07.03.2014 of this Court, the response has already been filed. He is further directed to find out from the State Government and the Collector as to whether any alternative site is available in the place of the proposed construction shown in the map annexed to the concerned Decree. On this, he submits that he will take instructions and make his written submission within a week.
6. The appeals are reserved for judgment.
7. Parties are given liberty to file the written submissions within a week.
