No order appears to have been passed in CRM-M No. 23672 of 2017 what is impugned in this Special Leave Petition is the Order passed in CRM-M No. 18545 of 2017. The Special Leave Petition, therefore, is not being entertained. The High Court is requested to pass Order(s) separately in CRM-M-No. 23672 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
