Andhra Pradesh
1. The Secretary, Department of Women and Child Development is present in the Court today. The costs have been paid in terms of order dated 05.04.2017 but the SCPCR has not yet been constituted. She says that another three weeks’ time is required for the constitution of the SCPCR.
2. Time sought for is granted subject to further payment of costs of Rs. 50,000/- which should be deposited in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today for utilization of juvenile justice issues.
Assam
3. Learned counsel says that the SCPCR has been constituted but he is unable to inform us about the Chairperson or Members of the SCPCR. He says that an affidavit will be filed within a week.
4. The Registry is directed to accept the affidavit subject to payment of costs of Rs. 25,000/-. Costs be paid within one week from today.
5. Costs in terms of our order dated 05.04.2017 has been paid.
Bihar
6. The SCPCR has been constituted on 03.05.2017 and costs have been paid in terms of order dated 05.04.2017.
Chandigarh
7. There is no appearance on behalf of the Union Territory of Chandigarh. There is no intimation whether the SCPCR is constituted. Costs in terms of our order dated 05.04.2017 have also not been paid.
8. For this totally unnecessary adjournment, the Union Territory of Chandigarh will pay further costs of Rs. 50,000/- for no intimation of whether the SCPCR has been constituted and Rs. 50,000/- for not paying the costs in terms of our earlier order. In other words, the Union Territory of Chandigarh will pay additional costs of Rs. 1,00,000/- in addition to the costs of Rs. 50,000/- imposed earlier. The deposit be made within four weeks from today.
9. The Secretary of the Department of Women and Child Development should be present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
Delhi
10. Costs have been paid in terms of our earlier order.
11. Learned counsel is unable to tell us whether the SCPCR is constituted or not. She says that she has no instructions in this regard.
12. For this unnecessary adjournment, costs of Rs. 50,000/- is imposed on the Union Territory of Delhi.
13. The Secretary in the Department of Women and Child Development should be present on the next date of hearing.
Goa
14. It is stated by learned counsel that the SCPCR was formed on 27.03.2015 and costs have also been paid in terms of order dated 05.04.2017.
Gujarat
15. It is stated by learned counsel that the SCPCR has been constituted and costs have been paid in terms of order dated 05.04.2017.
Kerala
16. The SCPCR has been constituted on 29.04.2017 and costs have been paid in terms of order dated 05.04.2017.
Madhya Pradesh
17. Costs have been paid in terms of our earlier order. The SCPCR has not yet been constituted.
18. Four weeks’ time, as sought for, is granted for constituting the SCPCR subject to payment of costs of Rs. 50,000/- to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from today for utilization of juvenile justice issues.

Maharashtra
20. It is stated by learned counsel that the SCPCR has been constituted on 20.05.2017 and costs have been paid in terms of order dated 05.04.2017.
Odisha
21. There is no intimation whether the SCPCR has been constituted. Costs in terms of our order dated 05.04.2017 have also not been paid.
22. For this totally unnecessary adjournment, the State of Odisha will pay additional costs of Rs. 1,00,000/- in addition to the costs of Rs. 50,000/- imposed earlier. The deposit be made within four weeks from today.
23. The Secretary of the Department of Women and Child Department should be present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
Tamil Nadu
24. It is stated by learned counsel that the SCPCR has been constituted on 08.05.2017 and costs have been paid.
Telangana
25. Costs have been paid.
26. The SCPCR has been constituted on 10.07.2017 without Chairperson.
27. Four weeks’ time, as sought for, is granted subject to further payment of Rs. 15,000/- to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from today for utilization of juvenile justice issues.
Tripura
28. Since the SCPCR was already constituted on 01.04.2017, costs imposed earlier on the State of Tripura are therefore waived. It was not brought to our notice that the SCPCR has already been constituted.
Uttarakhand
29. The SCPCR has been constituted on 25.02.2017 and costs have been paid.
30. List the matter on 22nd August, 2017 on which date we will consider the computerization of the JJBs and CWCs.
