At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court rejecting the bail application of the petitioner.

1. At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court rejecting the bail application of the petitioner.

2. We, however, direct the trial court to take up the matter for consideration on the question as to whether any case is made out for framing of charge and depending upon its outcome, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for reconsideration of the bail application afresh.

3. With this observation, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
