1. Learned counsel for the State of Chhattisgarh shall file a report indicating the status of the criminal proceedings launched against the respondents. The report shall specifically indicate the total number of prosecution witnesses cited in the chargesheet, the number of witnesses examined so far and the cause for delay in the completion of the trial which has been pending for last ten years or so.
2. Needful shall be done within six weeks.
3. List the matter after six weeks.
