Russel Joy v. Union of India and Others

The petitioner is granted four weeks’ time to cure the defects pointed out by the Registry in office report, otherwise the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and any application for restoration shall be entertained only on payment of costs of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be paid to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.
