1. We have heard learned amicus and learned counsel for respondent no. 1. Learned counsel for alleged contemnor no. 1 states that in view of the documents and the written statements filed by the amicus, he is not in a position to argue the matter today. It was stated that counsel for respondent no. 2 is unable to come since his wife is suffering from a serious medical problem. Therefore, list the matter on 7^th January, 2020.

2. It is made clear that the arguments will continue day-to-day.
