We do not find any good ground and reason to interfere with the impugned judgment, which in our opinion rightly invoked Rule 11 of the Central Excise Valuation (Determination of Price of Excisable Goods) Rules, 2000 (in short “the Valuation Rules). With regard to the period of limitation, the shorter period as prescribed in Section 11A of the Central Excise Act and has been invoked and applied by the Tribunal.

 

3. Recording the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
