1. Heard learned senior counsel on both sides.
2. We are of the view that the minor difference of opinion between close family members should be settled amicably and we see no reason why it could not be settled amicably with a solution as acceptable to both sides. We are sure that learned senior counsel would be in a position to find out such a solution.
3. In that view, we request the High Court to defer the hearing which is now slated to 7th July, 2016.
4. Post on 8th July, 2016.
