1. Application seeking exemption from filing c/c of the impugned judgment1 is allowed. Issue notice returnable within two weeks.
2. In the meantime, the respondent may file an appropriate special leave petition challenging the decision rendered by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on 7-9-20182. In case such SLP is filed, the same be listed along with this matter. The petitioner is also permitted to file additional documents. In the meantime, the order passed by the High Court on 20.08.2018 in DLF Homes Panchkula (P) Ltd. v. Sushila Devi1 shall remain stayed. List the matter on 12.11.2018.
