v.
The State of Bihar _________________________________ Respondent
Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 8806/2017, decided on July 3, 2018
The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have also gone through the counter affidavit filed by the respondent.
2. We find that the husband of the deceased was granted anticipatory bail by the High Court way back in December, 2017 in respect of an alleged offence under Section 304-B of the IPC.
3. Under these circumstances, we do not see any reason why the mother-in-law and the brother-in-law of the deceased should not be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we grant anticipatory bail to both the petitioners on such terms and conditions as may be deemed appropriate by the Trial Court.
4. The special leave petition stands disposed of.
