1. We are not inclined to interfere with the order of the High Court dismissing the bail application of the petitioner. However, we request the High Court to make an endeavour to decide the appeal within a period of one year. In case the appeal is not decided in the aforesaid period the petitioner shall be entitled to renew his request for bail.
2. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
3. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
