1. This is an application for permission to file the special leave petition on behalf of legal representative of decreased, namely, Ram chand.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for permission to file the special leave petition stands allowed.

3. These are applications for substitution and for condoning the delay in filing the application for substitution.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, delay in filing the application for substitution is condoned and the application for substitution is allowed.

5. The cause-title be amended accordingly.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner though we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court yet we direct the Special Investigation Team, that has been investigating into the matter, to keep the investigation alive and apprise the petitioner with regard to the progress from time to time.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
