1. Issue notice with a view to examine as to whether any case is made out at the instance of the respondent-wife for enhancement of the maintenance.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to file his all Income Tax Returns/Assessment orders from 2005-06 till date and passport within a week.
3. Dasti service in addition is permitted.
