Order
1. Delay condoned.
2. Applications seeking exemption from filing Official Translation and Certified Copy of the impugned order are allowed.
3. The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to such deposit being made, let notice be issued, returnable on Thursday, the 10th May, 2018. The amount be kept in a short term Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank.
4. There shall be stay of further proceedings in the F.I.R.
5. However, it is made clear that in case the deposit is not made within the said period, the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
6. Post on Thursday, the 10th May, 2018.
