ORDER

2. This Review Petition has been filed against the order dated 2nd February, 2015 whereby the Special Leave Petition was dismissed.

3. Despite the fact that there is a delay of 1104 days in filing the review petition for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have gone through the review petition and the connected documents on merits. In our opinion, no case for review of order dated 2nd February, 2015 is made out. The review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
