1. It is submitted by Mr. Ravi Prakash Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing for the State of U.P. that the directions issued by this Court from time to time, especially the one contained in the order dated 9-3-20151, is in the process of being given final shape and, in fact, 110 candidates have been sent for training and other candidates are participating in the group discussion.
2. Learned counsel would further submit that in all possibility a final shape shall be given to the exercise undertaken by the State Government in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, by end of July, 2015.
3. At this juncture, Mr. P.P. Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for some of the candidates has submitted that the State has given relaxation to 110 candidates on the basis of year of recruitment, that is, 2008, whereas this Court actually meant that the relaxation should be given regard being had to the candidates who have qualified in the examination. This aspect shall be adverted to on the next occasion.
4. Be it noted, certain applications for impleadment have been filed on the score that though they are eligible to be sent for training, the State Government is not considering the said aspect. Mr. Ravi Prakash Mehrotra shall obtain instruction on those applications and the same shall be addressed on the next date of hearing. Be it further clarified that stand and stance in some of the applications pertaining to the fact that despite of their having been selected, they are not sent for training.
5. Let the matter be listed on 10th August, 2015.
