1. Issue notice limited to the question of payment of 40% wages as directed by the Labour Court up till the date of the order of the Labour Court i.e. 10.03.2015. However, the petitioner shall reinstate the respondent forthwith and pay all the back wages from 10.03.2015 within four weeks.
