2. We are not inclined to interfere. However, it is agreed to that a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakhs) shall be paid by way of permanent alimony by the respondent to the petitioner.
3. The petitioner is present in the Court. Let the amount be paid within two months, as assured and undertaken by him failing which, the same shall be treated as contempt of order passed by this Court.
4. Let compliance be reported to this Court.
5. Office to list this matter after two months and submit compliance report.
