Order
1. It is reported that the father of the Advocate-on-Record has expired and, therefore, a short adjournment has been sought by the proxy counsel.
2. The petitioner claims that she has three children in the respondent. However, the respondent has totally denied any relationship with her.
3. Therefore, it is in the interest of both parties that a DNA Test is conducted. We direct the parties and the three children to cooperate with the test. The necessary expenses for the DNA test shall be borne by the respondent.
4. The trial court concerned shall facilitate the test in terms of this order.
5. The report of the test shall be made available to this Court within six weeks from today.
6. Post after six weeks.
7. The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar forthwith.
