1. For the period the petitioner has worked as a teacher in the school, the petitioner shall be paid the salary and other permissible allowances. Except that this Court is not inclined to grant any other relief, since the original appointment on ad hoc basis was found to be irregular.
2. We direct the Director of Education to take appropriate immediate action for regular appointment.
3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
