1. We do not find any reason to entertain this Special Leave Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.

2. However, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case and taking note of the amount involved, the petitioner is granted a period of three months, as prayed for by the petitioner, for payment of the balance Court Fee. We make it clear that there shall be no further extension of time for the same.

3. Needless to say that if the balance of court fee is paid within the period as above, the order on rejection of the suit shall stand recalled.

4. Pending interlocutory application(s) is/are disposed of.
