1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of restricted rights and title of the parties, we are of the view that direction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not called for as the parties have alternative civil remedies for redressal of their grievances. They are at liberty to take their remedies in accordance with law.
3. The impugned order is modified to the above extent.
4. The special leave petition is disposed of in above terms.
5. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
